Higher Education Students Loan Boards (HESLB) Start To Educate Students To Apply Loan 2019/2020

Higher Education Students Loan Boards (HESLB) started to provide education to the secondary students on criteria and how to apply for loan academic year 2019/2020.This important step has been announced by HESLB CEO, Abdul-Razaq Badru, while speaking to 1,166 pupils of the sixth grade from all 12 schools in Maswa district, Simiyu province. It is an important step because the operation of these programs is aimed at addressing the challenges students face when applying for higher education loans.HESLB started operating these programs in Dar es Salaam region.The director in his statement explained that the program has been developed as a result of various stakeholders' comments about the challenges that have been a major concern for many. HESLB required To Improve Loan Provision Program

Deputy Minister for Education, Science and Technology Mh. William Ole Nasha has instructed the Higher Education Student Loan Board (HESLB) to set up programs that will enable many people to apply for professional academic development loans. Deputy Prime Minister Ole Nasha has issued an order with the Board of Directors in Dar es Salaam, where he said there has been a challenge in the submission of credit application forms, leading to the students lack of credit. "The Board has been doing a very good job in the issuance and credit collection, but there are challenges in the deficit of many loan mortgage forms that I do not know is a problem of information or education" said Deputy Minister. Alas Nasha has asked the Board to continue to provide education and public information on how best to fill out these forms in order to alleviate the challenge and enable more pupils to access but to maximize efficiency in the operations of the Board. HESLB: Appeal Window Will Be Closed 27 Nov 2018

Following the applications for credit applier of higher education students for the year 2018/2019, we inform all those who need to appeal and have not completed the exercise due to several challenges including not completing the required documentation, HESLB has increased two days until November 27, 2018. In the previous statement, the appeal window was opened on Wednesday, November 21, 2018 and started receiving credit appeals for the 2018/2019 academic year and was expected to be closed today on Sunday, November 25, 2018. Applicants of student loans can go through http.olas.heslb.go.tz where pupils will fulfill the terms and conditions will be credited in late November 2018.

HESLB:Opened Loan Appeal Window Academic Year 2018/2019

The Higher Education Student Loan Board ( HESLB ) informs all Students of higher education institutions that today, Wednesday, November 21, 2018 has begun to receive credit appeals for the 2018/2019 academic year through the Internet. The submission of the submission will be open for five days, from today to Sunday, November 25, 2018 and is available via http.olas.heslb.go.tz . Pupils who have grown up with the qualifications will be credited to the loan before the end of this month of November, 2018. HESLB has opened this window to provide opportunities for needy students who have not yet received a loan or are unsatisfactory with the amount of loan they were scheduled, submit information and documents to prove their need. The Higher Education Student Loan Board has provided a list of the Fourth Batch of 5,879 First Year students who succeeded in obtaining loans and thus making a total of 37969 loan beneficiaries in the first year. The amount of TZS 427.5 billion has been allocated for loans for all students, first year and continuous students. Higher Higher Education Board has provided a list of Third Phase with 4,161 Students of the First Year who successfully benefited from getting loans and thus making a total of 32,090 creditors who have been loaned  up to now Click here to see the list . In addition, this list has been posted to the relevant students. The amount of TZS 427.5 billion has been allocated for loans for all students, first year and continuous students. HESLB emphasizes credit applicants who have not been credited, especially those who have recently completed the debt or registration continue to be patient when completing the next list of credit providers.
