How Student transfer to primary school

Procedures for the transfer of a primary education student migrating abroad
(a) The parent / guardian should write a letter to the secretary general of the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Technical Training (WEST) explaining his request for the reasons for the transfer. The letter should be through the head teacher, District Education Officer and the District Education Officer.

b). Mail IDs: -

Primary Education Development Student Development Card enters into the country.
Letters have a student photo
c). The Ministry's responsible officer will write a letter to identify the country he is going to.


Procedures for the transfer of a primary education student into the country

a). The student will be received by WEST by showing the letter from the Ministry of State of origin, the signature and signature by the authorities.

b). Mail IDs

Student development report ended with the class.
Passport student's passport and parent / guardian.
Student registration information
Student residence permit indicating the time available in the country
Passport photos 4
It is good for the student to carry the study books that he used recently because they may be needed.
c). The Department's responsible officer will specify the parent / guardian to identify the learner to the relevant authority.

NOTE: This process is for government and non-government schools.
